With our 30 years of experience, we provide added value to your castings. According to customer needs, we supply value-added parts by performing additional processes after casting (e.g. turning, machining, milling, assembly, heat treatment, coating). Our group consists of an export company (An Dış Ticaret) and two foundries specializing in cast iron and cast steel. Both of our foundries are ISO 9001 certified.

Our foundry equipment consists of a medium frequency induction furnace with a capacity of 500 kg per hour. In addition to hand molding, we also use the shell molding process for precision surfaces. Molds are manufactured using the shell molding process and a CO2 (amine gas) core machine. Our foundry specializes in hydraulic parts, valve parts, machine and tool parts, and wear-resistant steel castings. Our annual sales to European countries, Russia, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, South America and the United States are approximately €1,200,000.
